2. Download the Dockside Mail scanning/forwarding agreement.**These are fillable PDF forms. Please download first, then enter your information.

3. Send the completed scanning/forwarding agreement to info@docksidemail.com

Afterwards we will prorate the fees and let you know any additional fees that may be added.
